Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We use the Parcel Force courier service and First Class Royal Mail for smaller items. Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday should be dispatched on the same day and therefore should arrive within 2-4 working days.

The delivery will require the signature of a responsible adult. We are currently unable to specify or guarantee a delivery time but if you are not in when the courier arrives, a delivery note will be left to enable you to collect the order from the nearest Royal Mail Depot at a more convenient time.

At present we are unable to deliver outside the UK mainland.

Costs

Orders which total £50.00 or more will be delivered free of charge.
Orders which do not reach the above value will attract a maximum charge of £8.06

Returns & Order Cancellation

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Organique. If, for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with the products or service that you have received, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Please email hello@shoporganique.co.uk, or call us on (0117) 9717932.

Please note that for ambient products we must be informed within three working days after day of delivery of any complaint, damaged or incorrect item.

On ambient products we offer a seven working-day 'cooling off' period in which you can return the order with a full refund, commencing from when you receive the order. If the reason for the cancellation is anything but damaged, faulty or incorrect products you will be liable for the return cost.

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch please email hello@shoporganique.co.uk, or call us on (0117) 9717932 as soon as possible.

Please note that you cannot claim a refund if you have consumed or otherwise used the goods.

There will be no refund available for any "not signed for" order that has not been picked up from the relevant Royal Mail Depot.

Out of Stock Situation

If any items from your order are out of stock, we will contact you to confirm if you would like a substitute or a deduction off your invoice. It is possible for us to hold your order until all items are in stock. Alternatively, we can send you the order without the out of stock item, delivering the item separately when we obtain more stock.

VAT

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the rate in force on the date of order for the products that are applicable for VAT.

Age Restrictions

By placing an order with www.shoporganique.co.uk you confirm that you are eighteen years or over.
