From humble beginnings Byron Bay Cookies were originally baked on an old farmhouse stove in the hills of Byron Bay, a small coastal hamlet on the most easterly point of Australia. With the region famous for its fresh ingredients and unique flavours this original cookie flavour, White Choc Chunk & Macadamia Nut is still one of the most popular!

Gluten free flour (rice flour, potato flour, tapioca, maize flour, buckwheat), white chocolate chunks (23%)(sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring), salted butter (12%)(butterfat, water, salt), ground macadamia nuts (11%), pasteurised egg, brown sugar (sugar, molasses, colour: caramel, partially inverted sugar syrup), sugar, rice flour, soya flour, skimmed milk powder, vanilla flavouring, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.
