Mountain Honeybush Tea

Dutch farmers first used naturally caffeine free honeybush as a tea in the 18th Century, given its clear, fresh taste and light honey scent. The Caspa Tea Company, an old Ginsberg-family company, was the original purveyor of honeybush.

In spring, its bright yellow, honey-scented flowers combine with other wild flowers to create a tapestry of colour across the landscape.
