Rinse and soak for 8 hours. Sprout mix by rinsing daily morning and evening. After 2 to 3 days you will have your salad! For a spicy mix, add 1 teaspoon of Fenugreek Seed when soaking 250g of mix. Once sprouted the salad is best kept refridgerated.
