A long-standing form of cracked whole-wheat. It has an excellent taste and is good nutritionally. Use one cup of Bulgar to two cups of water, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes. Season to taste and serve. For a tasty alternative, stir ina little sauteed onion or capsicum and serve.
