Also known as Kasha, Roast Buckwheat probably originates in China. It is not actually a grain but part of the same family as rhubarb! Use its nutty flavour in grain and casserole dishes. Cook for 15-20 minues using 1 part Roast Buckwheat to 3 parts water.
